Patagonia pricing, fast fashion customer service

"I followed website instructions to order to size, but found the S/M to be far too tight. After returning the order and receiving a more comfortable larger size, I changed my mind and opted for a return. The hats are just too expensive for what they are. The owner was inflexible in offering a no cost return. Given the margin I am sure Snek is making on these products, I think it’s fair to expect a bit more generosity and flexibility."

Just what I was looking for . . . .

"It fits my head great. (Fitted baseball cap size is 7⅜, if that helps). Is warm enough for 30 to 40⁰F bike rides at 15 mph for over ½ an hour. I mainly got this because of the merino fabric and to create less skin irritation on my forehead. Wearing a $30 dollar helmet versus a $150 helmet makes no difference since the inner liner velcroed in there is very similar and not helpful for sensitive skin on the forehead. So, this hat protects my skin from helmet shear forces. Definitely worth the money in the long run."

Warm ears

"Love the hat. Nothing like warm ears while riding. Smooth fit under the helmet. Bought the small and fits perfectly."

Honestly the best cap of its type I have tried

"Used this cap for the first time the other day. Temps started in low 40’s and climbed to mid 50’s. I was very comfortable the entire time. The cap is thin enough to be comfortable under the helmet and the brim flips up and down nicely as needed. The ear flaps pop up when the temps climb for continued comfort range. I have a couple of similar caps, but this one has the best combination of fit, function and comfort range. It’s hard to beet a well crafted merino wool garment."

Never received the product.

"It's been close to a month and the product was never delivered. Snek has never answered my email regard the missing package. All in all a terrible experience. I do not recommend the seller."

Love the soft brim, and

"Love the soft brim, and the material is noticeably warmer than the lighter weight hat for those really cold days."

The Best Cap!

"This is the best winter cycling cap. Quality, warm and comfortable. The ear flaps are perfect down, and work great up."

Zachary B. (5/5)

Very Warm!

"I’ve worn the cap twice in chilly weather and it’s kept my head and ears warm. It’s lightweight enough that it fits nicely under a helmet. I would definitely recommend!"

Erik N. (5/5)

Large but not large enough

"I ordered a large but my giant noggin is too big for this hat. I blame myself and my parents for the giant head. If you have the misfortune of not having a "hat appropriate" sized head the large will not fit. The primary issue for me is the ear flaps. My ear lobes come out a little, but it's not my ears size, it's that my giant head has pushed the hat too high up, the poor flaps never had a chance."

DAVID J. (3/5)

Ears and eyes

"Great kit, keeps sun out of eyes, knocks chill off ears, stretchy so it's easy customize, size chart was correct and not too bulky so comfortable/safe fit under helmet."
