Our Eliel jerseys and bib shorts are Race Fit. To avoid wrinkling, flapping, or movement on the bike, these tops and bottoms have a close to body fit that provides proper comfort and performance no matter the length, intensity, or variation of the ride.

In general, arm & knee warmer size should be the same as your short or jersey size. However, since the fit and cut of shorts and jerseys can vary, please verify size with our sizing chart. Warmers are designed with plenty of length to comfortably fit high on the arm and thigh for a secure fit that won't slip or create gaps between shorts, jersey and warmers.

Fabric has fair amount of stretch so if you are between sizes you can size down for a tighter compression fit, or size up for a softer fit.

Event Date: September 21, 2024

The 2nd annual Rise to Rail Mixed Surface Ride & Social is on September 21, 2024. Join us for a day of riding bikes and socializing as we rise over Big Mountain to explore the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail. This mixed surface ride features some of Utah's iconic paved roads, gravel roads, and singletrack outside Salt Lake City's backdoor.

Post-ride is the Social with food, beverages, and product giveaways. Join us for a casual fun day, meet the Snēk family, and mingle with others. Anyone and everyone is welcome! We'd love to meet and ride with you.

Course Info:

  • THIS IS A SELF-GUIDED & SELF SUPPORTED RIDE. DOWNLOAD THE COURSE MAPS BELOW. There is no support on the course and the route is NOT marked. Make sure to download the GPS route below. Two-course options are available.
  • Rise To Rail Course: 100 miles, 8,000 vert. - Download Here
  • Rise Course: 60 miles, 6,000 vert. - Download Here
  • Feed Stop Locations: The ride is self-supported but there are plenty of places to stop and fuel up along the way. Make sure to be courteous to staff at these refuel locations:
    Locations: Full Course
    • Mile 25 - East Canyon Resort
    • Mile 49 - Gas Station
    • Mile 72 - Gas Station
    Locations: Short Course
    • Mile 33 - Gas Station
  • A Gravel Bike with min. of 38c tires is recommended. We'll ride paved roads, dirt roads, and some singletrack. 60% paved, 40% unpaved. There are a few short rocky singletrack sections. Slow down, pick your way, and have fun.
  • Snēk is not responsible for any incidents, injuries or mishaps. This is a "ride at your own risk" event.
  • Ride at the pace you're comfortable with. We'll meet back at the house for food, stories, and post-ride high fives.
  • Obey traffic laws: This is an open course, watch for cars and obey traffic laws.
